The app itself has some useful features, like the identity monitoring and data breach alerts. However, the recurring charge issue is a major problem. It’s incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription, and they’ve made it seem like you can only cancel by renewing. They're adding hurdles to cancel, and the constant barrage of messages from the app is overwhelming. I want a refund for the unused portion of my year-long subscription.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this app! It's constantly crashing, logging me out, and the VPN is completely unreliable. It’s supposed to be protecting me, but it frequently shuts off, leaving me vulnerable. The customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. The app is a waste of money, and I'm switching to a different security solution immediately. The developers need to prioritize stability and functionality. This app is a disaster.

The app is functional and has some nice features, but I’m frustrated by the constant notifications and the occasional crashes. It’s a helpful tool, but the app is poorly optimized and needs significant improvements. The identity monitoring alerts seem genuine, and I appreciate the progress tracking. However, the unreliable VPN functionality and the constant need to log back in are serious drawbacks. I'm hoping they can fix these issues to make it a truly valuable security app.

This app is a scam. It keeps telling me my Wi-Fi is under threat, even though there’s no actual threat. The support is unhelpful and misleading, constantly trying to upsell me on expensive features. The VPN is unreliable and slow, and the constant notifications are annoying and intrusive. I'm cancelling my subscription immediately, and I recommend everyone else does too. Don't believe the hype – this app is a waste of money and a major hassle.

This McAfee+ app seems promising for tracking down data breaches, and the password change recommendation is a nice feature. I like the progress tracking score, but the frequent notifications and occasional crashes are frustrating. The VPN functionality needs more stability – it often slows down my internet and occasionally doesn't turn on even when set to 'on.' Overall, a good concept but needs some serious refinement.
