The Krispy Kreme app is unreliable. I frequently encounter errors when trying to place an order, and the rewards system doesn't seem to work correctly. I've had issues with the app not recognizing my purchases, leading to wasted trips to the store. The interface is clunky and confusing, making it difficult to navigate. Hopefully, they’ll fix these issues soon.

This app is a nightmare! I've had multiple issues – the app constantly says my account is invalid, even though I've reset my password, the rewards aren't tracking, and the store location seems to be glitching. I spent over an hour trying to order a dozen doughnuts and it kept saying they were out of stock, even when the website showed they had them. Seriously frustrating!

I am extremely frustrated with this app. It consistently fails to let me log in, even after resetting my password multiple times. The rewards system is glitchy, and I've been charged incorrectly. Customer service is nonexistent, and trying to resolve the issues is a huge waste of time. Don’t bother using it.
