This app is a nightmare! I've experienced multiple issues, including double charges and payment failures. The interface is confusing, and the search function is terrible. The Kohl’s app has a lot of potential, but it's bogged down by frustrating glitches. Users are constantly reporting problems with payments, incorrect item displays, and the inability to access previously earned rewards. While some features are good, the frequent errors and poor user experience make it difficult to recommend. It needs a major overhaul.
