While I appreciate the convenience of Klara for quick messages, the frequent login prompts and needing to re-enter my information are a huge pain. It feels like a poorly designed system that creates more work than it saves.

Klara has significantly improved communication with my doctor’s office, especially since they use it. It's much easier to send quick questions and get timely responses compared to traditional phone calls. However, I still wish the app was a little smoother and didn't require so many repetitive steps.

This app is a nightmare! Constantly being asked for my birthdate after checking ‘remember me’ is incredibly frustrating. It feels like a huge waste of time and makes managing my health information a hassle. The support team doesn’t seem to care about fixing these persistent issues.
