This app is a disaster! Seriously, I waited over an hour for a sandwich, and the delivery person was incredibly rude. They didn’t even apologize! The app is unreliable and the communication is terrible. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

I love Jimmy John's, but the app needs serious work. Frequently, my favorite sandwiches aren't available due to a specific ingredient being out of stock, even though it’s a standard ingredient. It’s a frustrating process to recreate my orders every time. Also, notification issues make tracking orders difficult.

The app itself is pretty easy to use, but I’ve had repeated issues with orders taking excessively long – often an hour or more – especially during peak times. It seems the store is understaffed, and they don't provide updates. I wish they’d prioritize faster delivery times.
