Okay, I love the content on IQIYI, especially the Chinese dramas, but the app itself needs a serious overhaul. Finding shows is a nightmare, especially on Roku. The ‘Continue Watching’ feature is broken – it bounces me back to episode one! And the subtitles are way too small and often transparent. It’s constantly frustrating.

I've been a loyal subscriber for a while, and while I enjoy the dramas, the app is clunky. The interface is confusing, especially finding shows. And the 'Continue Watching' function is completely unreliable. Also, the font size is tiny and difficult to read, particularly with white subtitles. It feels like they're ignoring user feedback.

Ugh, this app is a mess! One of the users pointed out a missing actor in a photo – seriously? And the VIP thing is ridiculous! People are complaining they're being charged extra for episodes, which is frustrating. Plus, the subtitles are tiny and disappear, especially on white backgrounds. It’s just a really poorly designed app.
