This app is a disaster. The first order I placed was supposed to arrive in 5 hours, and it arrived 8 hours later, completely melted! Then they charged me $10 extra for a service charge and service fee that weren’t mentioned at checkout. The driver didn’t listen to put the items into the steps so all my eggs cracked. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service for over 3 weeks now. I sent them screenshots of mine and the person’s conversation. Explained everything I could. NO RESPONSE! It’s now almost been a month and I have no response. No refund. Nothing. Absolutely terrible.

The convenience of Instacart is appealing, but the execution needs work. I’ve had issues with items not being what I requested. I would appreciate having the option to mark items as 'no plastic wrapping' during checkout. Also the support team is awful. When I tried contacting them for a refund, I got told there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed.

While the concept of Instacart is appealing for convenience, I’ve consistently found it disappointing. The app can be buggy, and I've had several instances where orders were missing items or delivered late. The shoppers also seem to lack clear communication, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. I'll continue using it occasionally, but with lowered expectations.

I have never experienced a worse service. I used Instacart during Covid and it was convenient. In the past few months, I have been in situations without a car and I have decided to use this service again (now, however, I do not pay for the membership and therefore I wonder if this is why I’m seeing such a drop in quality). I’ve had multiple issues with orders being incorrect, delayed, or even completely canceled. The shoppers don't seem to follow instructions, and customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. It’s a nightmare!

This app is a complete mess! I've had multiple issues with orders being incorrect, delayed, or even completely canceled. The shoppers don't seem to follow instructions, and customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. The whole experience is frustrating and unreliable. It’s a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it.
