IMVU has potential, but it’s severely bogged down by glitches and a frustrating monetization system. It's hard to enjoy when your avatar keeps clipping through objects, and the constant push to spend money is annoying. The chat is often filled with negativity too.

This app is a mess! Many users report issues with the chat being full of harassment, and it's hard to find clothes that look good. The customer service is terrible and they do not care about the issues that are going on. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this app.

I’ve been using IMVU for years, and it's a really interesting way to connect with people, but it definitely needs some improvements. The clothing options are great, but the avatar customization is clunky, especially with the sizing issues. Also, the chat rooms can be overwhelming and sometimes unpleasant.
