I had a terrible experience with this app. I couldn’t log in, couldn’t track my order, and the customer service was rude. It took over an hour for my delivery, and I was charged for a meal I didn’t receive! The app is clearly not well-designed, and I won’t be using it again.

This app is a complete nightmare! We spent months struggling to place online orders, constantly getting error messages and failing to get through to anyone. The checkout consistently fails, and it’s incredibly frustrating, especially during a time like now. The whole experience feels like a waste of time – I just cook breakfast at home now.

The IHOP app has a lot of potential, but it’s riddled with issues. The order tracking is non-existent, the app keeps switching delivery options without warning, and you can't even add special requests like 'shell eggs, scrambled lightly.' Plus, the pricing doesn't reflect in-store specials. It's frustrating and unreliable.
