This app is a complete disaster! It's incredibly glitchy, constantly crashes, and makes the entire verification process a nightmare. The UX is awful, and getting support is impossible. It feels like a massive waste of time and effort.

This app is unusable! It's consistently crashing, doesn't function on my laptop, and the verification process is unbelievably confusing. The developers need to seriously rethink this and provide proper support.

I'm extremely frustrated with this app. It's slow, unreliable, and full of bugs. I've spent hours trying to verify my identity, and it keeps failing. The lack of a PC version is a huge issue, and the support is non-existent. A truly terrible experience.
