The app itself was easy to use for setting up prescriptions, but the cancellation process is incredibly frustrating. It's buried deep within the app, and the automated support offers no real assistance. I was constantly locked out and unable to resolve the issue.

This app is a nightmare! Users are completely locked out of canceling subscriptions and getting refunds. They automatically charge you monthly, even after cancellation attempts, and customer support is non-existent. Seriously, avoid this app!

I had a terrible experience. The app constantly locks me out, and despite numerous attempts to cancel, they continue to charge my card. The customer support is unresponsive, and the whole system feels like a scam. Don't waste your time!
