I like the idea of the app and the rewards, but it’s incredibly unreliable. I've had my rewards points disappear, the app freezes constantly, and I've never been able to successfully redeem offers. There's a huge disconnect between the app and the store – orders often aren't processed correctly. It’s a waste of time and money until they address these significant technical problems.

This app is a huge mess! Data loss is a constant problem, and resolving order issues is impossible. Customer service is nonexistent – they don't acknowledge orders, don't offer refunds, and just leave you hanging. The rewards system is glitchy, and the app itself seems poorly designed. Seriously, avoid this app!

The Hardee’s app has so much potential, but it’s let down by frustrating bugs and poor functionality. I’ve experienced issues with order tracking, reward redemption, and the app freezing frequently. The staff aren’t trained to use the app effectively, and the communication is shockingly bad. It’s a pain to use and doesn't live up to the convenience of ordering ahead. Hopefully, they'll fix these issues quickly.
