I'm incredibly disappointed. The app is difficult to use, provides inaccurate information about in-network dentists, and frequently directs me to the website instead of allowing me to manage my benefits directly. It's a waste of time.

The app is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, and I can access my benefits, but other times it throws me straight back to the website and says I need to call customer service. The outdated dentist information is also a huge problem.

This app is a complete mess! I’ve spent hours trying to add my insurance card to Apple Wallet, only to get error messages. Then, when I tried to find a dentist, the information was outdated and didn’t even include dentists who are currently accepting new patients. Seriously frustrating!
