I really enjoy this game, but the gem system has become a major problem. It’s incredibly frustrating to work so hard to collect coins and then be unable to upgrade your hotel without spending money. The lack of gems makes it nearly impossible to progress, and it feels like the developers are intentionally making the game difficult to finish without purchases. The game needs more gems, or options for earning them.

This game is a lot of fun, but it’s frustrating that the required gems for upgrades have become increasingly difficult to obtain. The developers took away the ability to earn gems by completing older levels, and now it feels like you're constantly being pushed to spend money to progress. While the gameplay itself is enjoyable, the current mechanics create a frustrating barrier to long-term engagement.

I'm extremely disappointed with the recent changes. The game has become almost unplayable without constantly spending money. The developers have stripped away the core gameplay loop – earning gems by completing older levels – and replaced it with a frustrating system where you’re essentially forced to pay to win. It’s ruined the fun and feels incredibly unfair.
