I'm incredibly frustrated with GoPuff. Drivers consistently report being underpaid, and the support is a complete joke. Drivers are kicked off schedules for no apparent reason, and getting paid is a massive hassle. The base pay is ridiculously low, and tips are unreliable. Seriously, this company needs a major overhaul.

GoPuff's pay structure is unfair. Drivers are promised low base pay, and then they're penalized for delays, making it nearly impossible to earn a decent wage. The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful, and many drivers are quitting due to these issues.

I had a terrible experience with GoPuff. The support is awful, the payment system is confusing, and I was terminated without explanation. Many drivers are experiencing similar problems, and it seems like the company doesn't care about its workers. This is a company to avoid!
