The app is glitchy and hard to use, particularly for people who aren’t tech-savvy. It’s a nightmare trying to buy tickets, and the support is non-existent. Way too complicated for a simple ticket purchase!

Okay, the app *does* what it's supposed to, but it’s super buggy and slow. I struggled with sign-ins and confirmations, and it crashed repeatedly. I'd stick to the website if possible!

This app is a total mess! It keeps crashing and I can’t even buy tickets. Seriously frustrating, especially when you’re trying to get tickets for your kid's sports game. The support is useless too – just generic emails.
