The InReach device itself seems reliable for emergencies, but the app is severely lacking. It's difficult to manage subscriptions and the notifications are unreliable. I need a more user-friendly experience, especially when I'm relying on this for safety.

This app is a huge frustration! I spent hours trying to get it to work, and the interface is clunky and unresponsive. The sign-in issues are completely unacceptable, especially when you're relying on it for emergency communication. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The watch integration is great for quick responses, but the app needs improvements. I really wish I could delete text threads on the watch, and a swipe keyboard would make typing much faster. It’s a good start, but definitely needs more polish.
