Seriously, don't get your hopes up! I placed an order for a sentimental photo book for my deceased mother, and the shipping was a disaster. The photos were shipped via UPS, and they were stolen! There was no communication, no tracking number, and no attempt to resolve the issue. It was a heartbreaking experience, and I’m incredibly disappointed. The quality of the prints themselves was fine, but the lack of customer service and the theft of my order make this a terrible experience. Don't risk it!

Okay, let's be real – the photo quality is fantastic, and the free prints are a huge bonus! But the shipping is a total nightmare. I’ve received orders late, with missing photos, and no communication from customer service. It's frustrating when you’re relying on this for a project and the delivery is so unreliable. I’d recommend this app, but be prepared for potential delays and lack of support.

I love the concept of free prints, and the 4x6 sizes are great, but the ordering experience is clunky. It’s difficult to manage the photos and sizes, and the lack of a review system after selection is confusing. I also experienced a significant delay in receiving my order, despite paying for expedited shipping. Customer service was slow to respond, and their solutions were unhelpful. The quality was good, but the overall process needs serious improvement.
