While I appreciate the ability to view my test results and send medication refill requests, the app is overly glitchy and needs serious improvements. It's great for seeing trends, but the instability makes it unreliable.

This app is a complete mess! It constantly crashes, especially the biometric login, and I can't even send messages to my doctor. Plus, the receipt buttons are broken - a huge frustration.

The patient portal is helpful for accessing my records and communicating with my provider, but it's frustrating that some features are missing or not working properly. It would be fantastic if the navigation was more intuitive and the bugs were fixed.
