I've been a Fitbit user for years and I absolutely love it! It's seriously helped me lose weight and stay motivated. The sleep tracking is a game-changer – I've been able to adjust my habits to improve my sleep. However, I'm frustrated that my Charge 3 has failed twice already under warranty. The customer service has been less than helpful. Fitbit, please improve the reliability of your devices!

I'm really disappointed with my Fitbit. The sleep tracking is consistently inaccurate, and the device has malfunctioned twice under warranty. It's frustrating to pay for a product that doesn't work reliably. I’m considering switching to a different brand.

I've been using my Fitbit for over a year and while it’s helpful for tracking steps and activity, I’m increasingly frustrated with the sleep tracking. It’s wildly inaccurate, often claiming I’m getting far less sleep than I actually am. It's a useful tool for monitoring my activity, but the sleep tracking needs serious improvement before I can truly trust it. Also, the lack of challenges focused on hydration and nutrition feels like a missed opportunity.

I've had a Fitbit for 5 years now and it has been a great tool for tracking my sleep, food intake, drink intake, and menestral cycle. And of course, fitbit is known for tracking of activity and steps. The sleep tracking has been particularly useful for understanding my sleep patterns and making adjustments. It’s a powerful tool and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. I just wish they would implement a challenge where you can compete with others. I would love to compete with others and see who can stay hydrated or who can reach their calorie goals. Thank you so much for listening and I hope you take my advice into account.
