The Firehouse Subs app is a bit frustrating. I love their subs, but the ordering process is clunky – especially saving favorites and past orders. It’s super annoying having to rebuild my order every time. I’d really love to be able to easily reorder or save my go-to sandwiches. It needs a serious update!

I really want to like this app, but it's a mess. The ordering is easy enough, but the rewards program is confusing and constantly changing. They removed a reward I’d earned, and now I have to spend a ton more points to get the same thing. Customer support is unresponsive, too. It's a shame because the sandwiches are great, but this app is a headache.

Seriously, this app works GREAT now! After a few frustrating updates, it’s finally smooth and easy to use. I can customize my sandwiches, redeem my points, and everything works like it should. Thank you Firehouse Subs for fixing it – you’ve got a loyal customer here!
