I had a terrible experience with a recent order. A pair of pants arrived with a missing button, and when I contacted customer service, I was only offered a store credit. They wouldn't refund my money, even though the item was defective. The whole process was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend shopping here due to poor customer service and inflexible return policies.

Okay, so Fashion Nova has some really cute clothes, but their app is a mess! Several reviewers have reported glitches with the 'save for later' feature disappearing, and carts randomly emptying. It's frustrating when you've curated an entire outfit and it vanishes. They need serious app updates.
