Absolutely awful experience! I downloaded this app hoping for a quick cash advance, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The account gets locked if you go negative, and the customer support is completely useless. They don't actually solve anything, just give you generic responses. I spent weeks trying to get my money back, and it was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Don't waste your time - there are much better options out there.

This app had potential, but the customer service is a complete nightmare! The user reviews mentioned a significant issue – accounts are locked if your balance dips below $50. It’s a frustrating restriction, and when I encountered it, getting a resolution was incredibly difficult. The generic responses and lack of a real person to speak with made the whole experience stressful. I rate it 3 stars for the initial concept but severely deduct points for the terrible support.

I really wanted to love this app, but it's a major headache. The biggest problem is the account locking – if your balance goes negative, you can't access your funds. This creates a really bad cycle. Plus, the verification process is overly complicated and required me to upload the same information multiple times. The customer service seemed unhelpful, just giving canned responses. It feels like a poorly designed app with frustrating limitations. I’d only recommend trying it if you’re extremely careful with your account balance.
