Okay, so Edikted has some seriously cute clothes, and the quality is usually pretty good! However, some people are having issues with sizing – lots of reviewers say the XS-XL range doesn't always work for everyone, especially those needing bigger sizes. It's a mixed bag!

Ugh, customer service is a HUGE problem! Several users reported not receiving responses to their inquiries about lost packages. It seems like getting help is a major hassle, leading to lost money and disappointment. Definitely needs improvement in that area.
