The app feels seriously neglected. There are major usability problems—menus are disorganized, and key functions aren't easily accessible. Plus, it relies too heavily on Ecobee's servers, which is a major pain when they go down. A direct thermostat connection would be a huge improvement.

This app is frustrating! Users are complaining about a sluggish interface and constant issues. The biggest problem seems to be the app's unreliability, with frequent crashes and slow response times. It's a shame because the core features are good, but the app needs a serious overhaul.

While the app does a decent job controlling my thermostat, it has some critical shortcomings. Users are repeatedly reporting issues with sensor tracking and responsiveness. The biggest complaint is the confusing interface, making it hard to adjust settings efficiently. Needs improvement!
