This app is a nightmare! I've had multiple issues with incorrect orders, the app freezing, and not being able to use my rewards card. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I'm trying to quickly grab a coffee. The customer service is unresponsive, and the app is clearly outdated. I'm seriously considering switching to another coffee shop.

This app is a total disaster! I've wasted so much time trying to use my rewards card, only to be met with error messages and incorrect balances. The app is constantly freezing, and when I finally manage to place an order, it's often wrong. I'm frustrated and disappointed, and I'm definitely not going to be a loyal Dunkin' customer anymore.

I really wanted to love this app, but it's just not reliable. I’ve had problems with the app showing incorrect balances, not letting me place orders, and the rewards system isn't working as advertised. The occasional frozen screens and errors make it incredibly inconvenient. While it can be useful for saving my usual order, the frequent glitches make me rethink using it.
