This app is absolutely useless. It's constantly giving me incorrect information about my prescriptions and the ‘ready to refill’ status is completely misleading. I've had to call multiple times to get a refill, and the customer service representatives were unhelpful. The app feels deliberately designed to frustrate users. It’s incredibly inconvenient, especially when you need your medication urgently. CVS needs a complete overhaul of this app.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this app. It frequently misinterprets information, showing prescriptions as ready for refill when they're not. The system seems to glitch out constantly, and it's incredibly difficult to track my refills. The support is non-existent - I’ve been trying to reach a person for hours with no luck. It's a huge hassle and I’m constantly worried about running out of medication. CVS really needs to prioritize fixing this app.

This app is a nightmare! It's consistently unreliable – prescriptions show as 'ready for refill' that never actually get filled. The interface is confusing, and I’m constantly getting inaccurate notifications. It feels like CVS is deliberately making it difficult to manage my medications. I’ve wasted hours trying to get a refill, and I'm forced to use this app due to my insurance plan. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like a massive waste of time. I'd strongly advise against using this app.
