I really enjoy being able to order ahead and track my Crumbl points. But, the app’s location detection is incredibly unreliable. It frequently flags me as being too far away, even when I'm parked right in front of the store. It needs serious improvement!

Ugh, this app is a nightmare! My orders constantly fail – sometimes it says I'm too far away when I'm right in front of the store, other times it just cancels the order. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're craving a Crumbl cookie. The location issues are the biggest problem.

The app itself is pretty easy to use and I love seeing the weekly menu updates and rewards points. However, the checkout process is clunky, especially when trying to add a gift card. I wish they'd make it easier to redeem my rewards!
