I've been a long-time Cricbuzz user and it used to be great, but lately it's really gone downhill. The ads are intrusive, the live stream is unreliable, and the app seems to randomly direct me to other matches. It needs a serious overhaul.

The subscription issues are a huge problem. I’m being billed for both Cricbuzz and Willow, even though they’re supposed to be the same service. Customer support hasn't responded to my emails, which is incredibly frustrating. The streaming itself is also glitchy.

This app is a nightmare! The live stream constantly jumps back and forth, freezing and fast-forwarding. It’s completely unreliable and a waste of data. I've tried everything and it’s the most frustrating cricket app I’ve ever used.
