While I love the convenience of ClassPass, recent changes have made it less appealing. The increased credit costs for classes and the inability of the ‘concierge’ service to actually secure bookings are frustrating. Customer support hasn’t been helpful, and it feels like a scam – asking for a full membership fee when I've never used a single credit. Needs improvement.

This app has been a total lifesaver for a busy SAHM! It's allowed me to find gyms with childcare, schedule classes, and explore different workout options. The customer service was incredibly generous when my initial class booking went wrong – a huge relief. Overall, it’s a fantastic app that’s opened up a whole new world of fitness possibilities.

ClassPass is a terrible customer service experience overall. I was incorrectly charged for a missed class, and multiple attempts to resolve the issue with customer support have gone unanswered. The changes to the credit structure are also incredibly confusing and make it difficult to use the service effectively. I’m cancelling my membership immediately!
