This app is a huge pain! It constantly fails to automatically check you in at the gym, forcing you to manually change locations. Plus, you're stuck with a photo for your profile, even if you don’t want it, and changing it requires being at the gym. It's frustrating and clunky – I'm seriously considering canceling my membership.

The app has some good features like booking classes and reserving amenities, but it’s incredibly slow and unreliable. Booking popular classes is a nightmare as it often times out or shows classes are full before I can even book. It needs a major overhaul.

While the app offers some convenience, it's plagued by issues like a constantly red icon and difficulty navigating. It's a step above the old app, but there’s still a lot of work needed to improve usability and reliability.
