While the 3D animation is impressive and the tile system is decent, the game suffers from frustrating bugs and a terribly unbalanced matchmaking system. It's a fun nostalgic experience, but the constant system errors and the difficulty of getting strong players create a negative experience. A little more work on player control and matchmaking would go a long way.

This game has a really polished feel and the story mode is great, but the frustrating team building aspect and the incredibly low drop rates for SSR players are a major issue. It feels designed to make you spend money, and the constant need to grind for those rare players is incredibly slow and disheartening.

Honestly, this game feels like a massive letdown. The pay-to-win mechanics are incredibly aggressive, with a huge emphasis on spending money to compete. The constant, difficult matchmaking and the lack of fair character acquisition make it feel like a manipulative cash grab. It's a disappointment considering the potential of the source material.
