The app's main issue is the extreme slowness and unreliability. I've experienced huge delays and order errors, leading to long waits and frustration. It needs a major overhaul to improve the ordering process.

The BK app is frustrating. It’s unreliable – orders are frequently delayed or incorrect. While they have some decent digital coupons, the overall experience is bogged down by technical issues and slow service. It's a shame because the concept is good, but the execution is terrible.
