I’m really disappointed with Boundless. While it offers access to a large library, the app itself is riddled with issues. The page turning is unreliable, the loading times are excruciatingly slow, and the constant login prompts are incredibly frustrating. It’s a shame because the potential is there, but the execution is just not up to par. It seems like Baker & Taylor hasn’t learned from the problems with Axis360.

This app is okay, but it has a lot of frustrating quirks. The biggest problem is the performance – it loads slowly and frequently freezes. The page turning is inconsistent, and the login process is unnecessarily complicated. It's a decent option when other formats are unavailable, but it could be much smoother and more user-friendly. Hopefully, they'll address these issues in future updates.

This app is a complete disaster! It constantly freezes, especially when trying to turn pages. It's incredibly slow to open, and I often have to restart it multiple times. The login process is a huge pain, requiring me to sign in constantly. Many reviewers have raised similar concerns about performance and usability—it feels like a massive step backward.
