While the Bose Connect app offers some basic functionality, the persistent problems with pairing and connecting speakers, particularly in party mode, are a major letdown. Many users feel the app is unreliable and requires excessive troubleshooting. It's a shame because the speakers themselves are great, but the app experience is consistently poor.

The app has potential, and when it works, it's straightforward. However, a large number of reviewers complain about unreliable connections and the difficulty of getting multiple speakers to sync. The frequent troubleshooting required is a significant negative, preventing a higher rating.

This app is incredibly frustrating! Users consistently report severe connectivity issues, especially when trying to use multiple speakers in 'party mode'. The constant pairing failures and the need for repeated interventions make it a huge hassle. It’s clear Bose needs to prioritize a stable and reliable connection.
