This app is a disaster! I accidentally racked up $2500 in charges due to a glitch that automatically paid my credit card without my authorization. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The customer support was unhelpful and just provided canned responses. Seriously, avoid this app!

I'm incredibly disappointed with this app. I had a huge issue with a delivery – my washer and dryer were sent to the wrong address, and BestBuy blamed me! The support was unhelpful, and the entire experience was a major hassle. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for services and then have them completely fail.

The BestBuy app has a lot of potential, but it’s let down by frustrating glitches and poor navigation. I had my order delayed and then faced a completely changed shipping price without any explanation. The app is clunky, and the customer service is unresponsive. I'd recommend sticking to visiting the physical store.
