The app has potential, but the performance is shockingly slow. Navigation is painful, and ordering is a struggle. It feels like a waste of time, and I'd prefer to use the browser instead. It’s incredibly frustrating.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this app. It logs me out repeatedly, glitches constantly, and makes it impossible to track my books. The website is much better, and I recommend using that instead. Please fix this ASAP!

This Barnes & Noble app is a disaster! It constantly logs me out, glitches relentlessly, and the loading times are excruciating. I’ve wasted so much time trying to track my book, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Fix this now!
