This app is so slow and glitchy. Scheduling an appointment is an ordeal, and it often just freezes up on me. I'd much rather call and make an appointment. The developers need to fix the availability issue ASAP!

It has potential, but it's incredibly unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The biggest problem is the scheduling – it’s a huge hassle. I'm hoping they'll get it sorted out soon.

Ugh, this app is a nightmare! It freezes constantly, especially when trying to log in. Plus, it doesn't seem to have the right info about my pet's profile. Seriously frustrating and needs a major overhaul.
