I'm incredibly disappointed! The advertised service is completely unreliable. Games are frequently interrupted, the camera angles are awful, and customer support offers no solutions. This is false advertising and I’m cancelling my subscription immediately.

This app is a complete disaster! The streaming quality is awful, games constantly freeze, and the scores are often wrong. I wasted so much time troubleshooting issues and missed huge parts of my son’s games. Seriously, avoid this – a massive waste of money.

BallerTV has a lot of potential, but the technical issues are just too frustrating. The camera angles are terrible, the streams cut out frequently, and customer support is unhelpful. It’s usable as a reference tool for recruiting, but not a reliable way to actually watch games.
