This app is a nightmare! It constantly fails to log me in, and when it does, it's incredibly slow and buggy. I've wasted so much time trying to book a trip, and it's just frustrating. The error messages are unhelpful, and it feels like they're ignoring user feedback.

The app has potential, but it's riddled with issues. Sometimes it works perfectly, but other times it freezes, doesn't load data, or gives me incorrect information. The map is difficult to use, and I'm constantly having to re-enter my trip details. It needs a serious overhaul.

I really like the app when it works, and it's definitely a must-have for Amtrak travelers. However, I've experienced issues with outdated information and a slow interface. A real-time tracking feature and better integration with the rewards program would greatly improve the experience.
