The AAA app is a mixed bag. While I appreciate having access to my membership card and the ability to check roadside assistance, the app frequently sends intrusive 'monitoring journeys' notifications that disrupt my music playback. It's a frustrating annoyance that needs to be addressed.

This app is a nightmare! Users are constantly bombarded with sales pitches, and getting basic support is nearly impossible. They can't explain why their rates are higher, and the app's features are frustrating, especially the limited towing options. I cancelled my membership after multiple failed attempts to resolve issues.

The AAA app has some useful features like checking gas prices and monitoring my credit card, but it's buggy and poorly designed. The login process is confusing, and the trip planning functionality is unreliable – it doesn’t save itineraries and is incredibly frustrating to use. It needs a major overhaul.
