Ugh, this app is a nightmare! Seriously, it disconnects constantly, especially with my hearing aids. I'm spending more time troubleshooting than actually hearing. It’s frustrating to no end – like, I'm paying £2k for these hearing aids and this app is shockingly basic. It feels like a child made it. I’m done with Oticon!

This app is a mixed bag. When it connects properly, the controls are decent, but the frequent disconnects are incredibly annoying. It seems to be a major Android issue, possibly related to the updates. Hopefully, future updates will address these connectivity problems.

When it works, it's okay, but it's so inconsistent. Sometimes the connection is great, other times it just randomly cuts out. It’s a huge disappointment, especially considering how expensive these hearing aids are. I need a stable connection, not this frustrating guesswork.
