The concept is good - it would be nice to easily manage prescriptions through an app. However, the execution is flawed. It’s unreliable, requires constant troubleshooting, and often fails to load information correctly. I appreciate the pharmacy’s attempt to modernize, but this needs serious improvements before it’s a useful tool.

I love that I can easily manage my prescriptions through this app! It’s a fantastic tool for a local pharmacy, and it’s saved me so much time. It's user-friendly and reliable, and I highly recommend it.

Seriously, what a mess! The app constantly fails to load my information, makes it impossible to submit refills, and generally feels like a waste of time. I've wasted hours troubleshooting, and it’s incredibly frustrating when it comes to healthcare. The pharmacy needs to find a better solution.

This app is unusable! It constantly fails to load my data, causing huge delays in getting my prescriptions refilled. The error messages are unhelpful, and I've wasted countless hours trying to get it to work. It’s a complete disaster.

The app has potential, but it’s currently frustrating to use. I encounter frequent errors, and the interface isn’t intuitive. Hopefully, the pharmacy will address these issues and improve the user experience.
