This Newport Animal Hospital app is fantastic! Dr. Andrew and his team provided incredible, personalized care for our dog, Willie. Their proactive approach with IV fluids and healthy food made a huge difference. It's clear they truly care about the animals, and we're so grateful to have found this amazing hospital.

While the app offers convenient scheduling and information organization, there are frustrating bugs. The inability to delete old messages, combined with inaccurate reminders and incomplete pet records, makes it difficult to effectively track a pet's health. It needs significant improvements to be truly useful.

I love that this app streamlines communication with my vet! It's incredibly easy to view records, manage medications, and request appointments. However, the lack of a messaging option is a major oversight. Adding a way to directly message my vet would make this app a full five-star experience.
