The TaskRabbit app is full of issues! I've experienced fluctuating pricing and a lot of scheduling problems. The taskers seem to change their availability at the last minute, and the app's search functionality is unreliable. It feels like a gamble every time you try to book a service, and the fees are consistently high, making it a costly and disappointing service.

I was completely robbed by TaskRabbit. I hired a tasker to help me move my Murphy bed, and they convinced me they were qualified for the job, but they damaged the bed during the move and then refused to take responsibility. TaskRabbit didn't offer any assistance or compensation, leaving me to pay for the damage myself. It's a blatant scam, and I'll never use this service again.

I’m extremely disappointed with TaskRabbit. The app is buggy and unreliable, and the pricing is wildly inconsistent. I spent hours trying to find a tasker, only to have them cancel their appointment at the last minute. The customer service was unhelpful and provided no solutions. Overall, the experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive – I wouldn’t recommend it.

I'm incredibly frustrated with TaskRabbit. As a Tasker, I was essentially penalized for being reliable and providing excellent service. My account was deactivated due to a single misunderstanding, despite numerous positive reviews and repeat clients. The lack of support and communication was appalling, and it completely ruined my income source. It's a frustrating and unfair experience.

TaskRabbit has potential, but the execution is seriously lacking. While I appreciated a skilled tasker for a move-out cleaning, the constant cancellations and the exorbitant fees—a protection fee on top of the hourly rate—made it a stressful and expensive experience. The communication was also abysmal. It’s clear TaskRabbit isn’t prioritizing customer satisfaction or holding its taskers accountable, leaving customers feeling let down and out of pocket.
