The app is primarily focused on payments and scheduling test drives, but many users are frustrated with the lack of detailed information and the app's instability. Hopefully, they'll address these concerns and bring back the helpful features that were removed.

Lots of people are unhappy with the recent updates. The biggest issues seem to be the inability to compare cars effectively and the app's sluggish performance. It feels like CarMax has forgotten what made their app useful.
