I had high hopes for this app, but it quickly became clear that it's more of a headache than a solution. Many of the professionals I contacted were unresponsive, and when I did connect with someone, they were either overpriced or completely unreliable. The app feels like a way to generate leads without any actual accountability.

The concept of Thumbtack is interesting, but the execution is seriously lacking. I struggled to find reliable professionals, and the communication was often poor. It seems like the app prioritizes volume of leads over quality. I'd suggest exploring other options before relying on this platform.

While I had a good experience with one of the professionals I contacted, the overall experience with Thumbtack was mixed. The app itself is clunky and difficult to navigate, and many of the professionals I connected with were unresponsive or overpriced. It's a gamble - you might find a great pro, but don't expect it.

I'm beyond frustrated! I hired someone to fix my leaky faucet, and they never showed up. I contacted Thumbtack, and they were completely unhelpful. It’s clear that this app is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

This app is a nightmare! I used it to find a handyman for a small repair, and it was a complete waste of time. Two of the professionals didn't respond at all, and the third was incredibly unprofessional. The app itself seems to be designed to frustrate you, and I'm incredibly disappointed with the whole experience.
