This app is a nightmare! Users are being overcharged with hidden fees and inflated prices. The customer service is terrible and unresponsive, offering no real solutions. It's frustrating and unreliable.

The app itself isn't amazing, but it's usable. However, delivery fees are constantly increasing, and the ordering process is slow and buggy. I’d really appreciate a way to easily block unwanted restaurants from my search results.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this app. The drivers consistently mess up orders, and there's no way to reject or correct them. Plus, the fees and charges are outrageous. Customer service is completely useless. Avoid!
