This app is a mess! Seriously buggy – I couldn’t view upcoming reservations, and the search function is awful, showing me restaurants miles away. Plus, the reward program is a joke with no real support.

The app is okay, but the search functionality is seriously lacking. It throws in restaurants from completely different cities, and the process to get a security code is unbelievably annoying. I wish they'd fix the search and the reward program.

I like using OpenTable to find restaurants, but the reward program is frustrating. It canceled five of my reservations out of 30, and the chat bot offers no real help. It’s a frustrating cycle of confirmations and denials.
