Ugh, this app is a mess! The update tracking is completely broken – the numbers jump around and never accurately reflect the number of updates available. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with constantly. The app is a huge disappointment.

I love the convenience of this app for browsing Apple products, but there are some serious issues. The dark mode support is atrocious, and it doesn’t match the iPadOS 18 dark mode. It’s a simple fix that Apple needs to address urgently. Also the payment features do not work at all.

This app is an absolute nightmare! I've spent over an hour on the phone with customer support, being transferred from specialist to specialist. The store technician was dismissive, and the repair quote was outrageous. Apple’s service is shockingly bad and I will never use their products again.
